When people fist fight in the gym . Like wtf, share the machine or work in with each other . Don’t need to make a big deal out of it . You’re just making others irritated as crap. So much testosterone flowing in the room lol .

Did Chest and Triceps . Despite lagging it on deadlifts and squats, surprisingly my chest has been getting stronger . 185x7 Flat bench Pretty Darn Easy ! Got it .

Awesome Gym Sesh. Today .
So after I got done playing ball, I wasn’t expecting to be at my 100 % when doing shoulders . Which I was right, I was at like 95 % lol . When I finished shoulders , I went on to biceps and man I killed it . 80 LBS barbell curl 5 sets by 8 reps . 50 LB Dumbell Curls 3 sets by 10 reps . Woot woot .
