Cycling off supplements.
Had high liver enzyme and the doctor found traces of protein in my urine and blood samples . Cycling off my supplements for quite some time and relying only on a clean diet . Let’s see how this effects my gains .

Chest and Abs Day
Hit the gym earlier with only 1 1/2 hours to spare because I had work. I pretty much supersetted my flat bench/abs, incline bench/ right oblique, decline bench/left oblique, pec flys/ lower abs Did pretty good on flat bench almost back to 100% with a 210 LBS 1RM. Cardio.
Since I can’t do much with this jacked up shoulder, I figured I’d go do some cardio today . It went pretty well, Did the bike for 30 minutes, then the elliptical for another 30 . Also did some core . Don’t get me wrong though …  Once this shoulder is 100 % , I’m coming back for you Mr. Iron, I will have my revenge .

Rotator Cuff Update: Day 2
Last night I performed some rehabilitation exercises and stretches for my RC . Did a couple sets of 10-12 reps. Today, my active range of motion is a little better. Pain went down a little, and I see progress . At this pace, I say about 2 weeks. Slowly but surely, Dom.. Slowly but surely.
