Chest and Abs Day
Hit the gym earlier with only 1 1/2 hours to spare because I had work. I pretty much supersetted my flat bench/abs, incline bench/ right oblique, decline bench/left oblique, pec flys/ lower abs Did pretty good on flat bench almost back to 100% with a 210 LBS 1RM. Since I can’t do much with this jacked up shoulder, I figured I’d go do some cardio today . It went pretty well, Did the bike for 30 minutes, then the elliptical for another 30 . Also did some core . Don’t get me wrong though … Once this shoulder is 100 % , I’m coming back for you Mr. Iron, I will have my revenge .
