Did you hit a plateau ? I recently hit a plateau on bench, so I switched to dumbell presses. Make sure you’re doing an adequate amount of sets . You want to do at the very least, 4 sets. You can incorporate drop sets/supersets/pyramid sets(Message me again if you want me to elaborate on those) Every now and then you want to max out . Or you can try the 5 sets by 5 reps routine ? Theres MANY ways .
